At Kandel Werkz, we blend creativity with compassion. Born from a desire to support Steven Johnson Syndrome research, our colorful candles and tees offer more than just warmth and style; they bring hope. 

In 1995 I was a young 19 year old mother when I found out the hard way what SJS is. At that time there wasn't much knowledge and awareness of this horrific disease. My little boy was diagnosed with SJS, something i've never heard of before. Unfortunately, after months in the hospital he eventually lost his battle with this disease and I helplessly lost my little boy. I dont want anyone go through and feel what i felt back then. I miss my little boy everyday. 

So in his memory.

We started this business to promote awareness of this horrific disease and support Steven Johnson Syndrome Research along with donating our time and do our part to maybe help someone else not loose their innocent child.
